Papercut Pisanki Easter Eggs by Maria

"Pisanki" are traditional colourful eggs made especially for Easter in Poland.

These unique pisanki were made by artist Maria from Łowicz region. Goose eggshell is decorated with stunning papercuts - famous from Łowicz. Maria chose traditional Easter customs from Poland - Wet Monday (Smigus Dyngus), Dyngus Cockerel (Kurek Dyngusowy) and cockerel with floral motifs. 

Each pisanka has a thread attached so it can be hung. Choose your favourite scene. 

Measurements: approx 10 cm height x 6 cm width - goose eggs
