Goddess Demeter Necklace by Ottoman Hands

Demeter is the ancient goddess of harvest and agriculture. She is crowned with ears of wheat, symbol of fertility and abundance. A star at her side reminds us of her existing in earth and heaven. 

Inspired from Greek mythology and powerful female figures, the Goddess Demeter earrings are held by flower shaped beads, adding timeless elegance to these handmade earrings.

Designed by Ottoman Hands - a jewellery brand founded by Deniz Gurdal, who started selling her designs on a stall in Portobello Market. The inspiration for her brand comes from the jewels crafted during the Ottoman Empire, which are known for their symbolizm and craftsmanship. Her designs unite eastern and western heritage.

Every piece is handcrafted by highly skilled artisans in their Istanbul workshop and made from 21ct gold plated brass and semi-precious stones.
