Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders, sale items, gift cards, earrings (for hygiene reasons) and one-off pieces of art. 
Customers returning items by post must cover the cost of delivery.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@folka.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on international orders. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at orders@folka.co. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting exchange will not be accepted.
If you are exchanging for items with a lesser value we will refund the difference. If you would like to exchange for items with a higher value, you will need to request a refund on the original order and place a new order for the replacement items of higher value. We will refund your original purchase as soon as we receive the goods back. 
You should allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed from the date you sent the products back to us, although it can take longer during busy periods such as xmas and sale.
 
 
Refunds
Once we accept your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
