Happy Ceramics by Tereza

Unique, hand painted plates by Tereza. I called them "happy" as they really bring smile on my face! 

I met Tereza in Cyprus. She is a self taught artist. Tereza also runs a lovely shop where she sells her hand painted ceramics, paintings as well as locally hand made craft. She loves nature, flowers, fruits and animals - these ones are her favourite themes. 

Tereza set up her tiny studio in the shop. She sources terracotta plates, she paints them white, then she paints her colourful scenes. Each piece is unique.

Please note, that they might have smudges, uneven painted surface. It's not a fault, it's their beauty and character. See detailed photos. 

I would say that Tereza's plates are more decorative. You can use them to serve food, it will look lovely on a table with your favourite salad, cake or fruits. Plate will look lovely with your treasured jewellery or simply hanging on a wall as a painting.
