Bird Letterpress Paper Cut Out Decoration by Printed Peanut

This cheery bird would look equally great hung on your wall or perched on your tree. A beautiful paper cut out decoration, die cut from thick card and embossed with luxurious golden foil.

Inspired by Mexican folk art, Louise originally created these designs using tomato puree tins and scissors.

These decorations have been hand letterpressed on a huge old-fashioned press in Leeds, UK. Comes with a red ribbon in a biodegradable cello bag.

Designed by Printed Peanut – the creative brand of illustrator Louise Lockhart. Working from her studio in an old cotton mill, she draws on her love of vintage textiles and printed ephemera. Louise uses traditional techniques like letterpress and paper-cuts to produce her charming designs.
